This cookie policy explains which cookies the Elite Moving website (run by EMV London Ltd) uses, what each one does and how you can control them. We only set analytics, chat, translation and map cookies if you say yes in our cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time.

What cookies are and why they matter

How our cookie banner works
When you first visit, our banner gives you two clear choices.
- Accept all turns on Google Analytics, our live chat, the translation flags and the Google maps.
- Essential only keeps all of these switched off. The website still works, and you can still call, email or message us on WhatsApp.
Nothing beyond the essentials loads until you choose. We remember your choice for 12 months and then ask again. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Strictly necessary storage we always use
Our quote form is provided by i-mve, the removals software we use. When you open the form, i-mve may set a cookie that is strictly needed for the form to work, for example to keep your answers together while you fill it in. It is not used for advertising.
We also save one small setting in your browser to remember your cookie choice, so the banner does not appear on every page. It holds only your answer and the date. It is not shared with anyone.

The customer reviews on our pages are copied from our Google Business listing and are part of our own pages, so they load nothing from outside servers and set no cookies.
Google Analytics and how we use it
Google Analytics shows us numbers, such as how many people visited a page and how they found us. We use this to improve the website and to see which moving guides people find useful. We do not use it to find out who you are, and we do not use advertising features to follow you around the web. Google's own privacy policy explains how it handles this data.
How to control or delete cookies
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. If you switch from "Accept all" to "Essential only", we stop loading the optional services straight away. Cookies those services already set stay in your browser until they run out, so you may also want to delete them.
You can delete cookies and block them in your browser settings. Each browser does this a little differently, so look for "cookies" or "site data" in the settings or help pages of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. If you block all cookies, some features on many websites may stop working.

Will the Elite Moving website work if I choose essential only?
Yes. You can read every page, ask for a quote, call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp. Only the extras stay switched off. These are the live chat, the translation flags, the maps and our visitor statistics. You can turn them on later if you change your mind.
How do I change my cookie choice later?
Click the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. The banner opens again, and you can pick Accept all or Essential only. Your new choice takes effect straight away. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, and the banner will then ask you again on your next visit.
Do you use cookies for advertising?
No. We do not use advertising cookies on our website, and we do not sell your data. If you accept, Google Analytics is used only to count visits and see which pages are useful. That helps us improve the site. If you choose essential only, Google Analytics does not load at all.
How long do you remember my cookie choice?
We remember your choice for twelve months. It is saved as one small setting in your browser, so the banner does not pop up on every page. After that time, the banner asks you again, so your choice stays up to date. Clearing your browser data will also reset it.
